Nice, convenient hotel for pet owners We had a nice stay at Extended Stay America in Torrance. It is centrally located, close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I appreciate this hotel chain for it's many charitable activities, which are evident throughout the lobby and elevator areas. In addition, they welcome pets, which is a necessity for many travelers. Friendly staff and a great location. Near shopping and a lot of restaurants.

It was alright. Bed wasn't comfortable. I expected better.

Room smells like someone's oily hair The room I stayed in smelled like someone that hasn't showered for a long time, the a/c unit is also quite noisy but without it turned on the room will quickly become stuffy and humid which makes the smell worse.
