Good for the price For the most part the hotel was nice and convenient. However, the breakfast provided was disappointing. In addition, getting to the "non-smoking" room that we booked (which was fine and didn't smell like smoke) we had to exit the elevator where the floor wreaked of smoke until we entered the "non-smoking" hallway where our room was located. I would suggest that the hotel designate whole floors as "smoking" and "non-smoking" so that patrons don't have to walk through smoke to get to a non-smoking room.

- Good location, at walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants and bus stops - Average hotel but usually with good deals

Clean room, That's about it The property is convenient. Upon arriving, the lobbying reeked of illegal substances. There were signs warning guests not to smoke illegal substances (even though guests clearly were). As we went up to our room, the hallway had an overwhelming smell of illegal substances. Our room was clean and fairly newly renovated. We were very happy that our room was smell-free. For the price and location, this hotel was great, although I would never want children to stay in that hotel.

The T.V. didn't work. The T.V. didn't work because of some code needed that the front desk attendant didn't know. Front desk clerk wasn't willing to call general manger for assistance.

Acceptable Breakfast is a joke . Service is not the best . Clean rooms and facilities that do the job . Laundry on site . No fitness centre as advertised. It's not fantastic but for the price represents pretty good value

I stay here every time I visit Cali but my recent trip... The bed was very discomforting but other than that , everything was fine
