Room was not the cleanest. Hair on our sheets and blood stained. Also the A/C did not work, we did not tell them about the A/C only because we were on the 2nd floor, it was nice and cool. Opening the window made it somewhat comfortable.

Nice place. Clean. Allowed my dogs to stay so that was a major plus. The only feature I'd like to see added, is a way to pull the curtains to overlap. The light from the street could sneak in a bit in the one window.

I hated that the dishes, kitchenware and supplies were not in the room, I had to carry a heavy box by myself to my room. I feel the smoking floor should be cleaned everyday so it won't smell so smokey

Comfy and spacious rooms. Not to far from the malls and dining, plus Torrance is always a nice quiet area

Dog friendly affordable hotel Need better staff or train staff to be more friendly. Room was sparse. No hangers, no blow dryer, had to call for dishes that never got delivered as stated they would be. But they were dog friendly and that's what I needed for a short 1 night stay.

Great location! Nice place to stay. A little noisy from the gaps in the doors. Otherwise a great place to stay. Very accommodating. Safe and clean.

Great location The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Didn't eat at the continental breakfast station.
