The actual rooms definitely did not look like the photos, was a total catfish. At the time the room I stayed in the AC went out and it just looked like a good portion of the hotel wasn't maintained.

My desk chair was so dirty it looked like a different pattern than solid black, there was mold in the bathtub surround, and the bed side light fixture was broken (bulb socket assembly was pulled off from the base).

Old outdated. Staff was nice. Had no dishes. No blankets. Air condition broken stuck on cold.

This property is disgusting and the service and staff are worse. I only ended up here for the second time after I carefully booked the Carson St location, but they claimed to be overbooked and since I arrived in the evening, I was sent to the Torrance Blvd location although I am not sure if the Carson St property would be any better. There are zero amenities in the room, phones don't work, front desk staff hides in the back room. We didn’t have a room and never checked in. Expedia never contacted us to let us know that the hotel was overbooked. They were supposed to relocate us. Absolutely horrible experience

The room was nasty: white stains on the carpet and in the bed. There was hair still in the dryer in the bathroom. I called downstairs and the manager wouldn’t give me another room.
