Literally had roaches the floors not mopped the lighting covers had mold.. Walls covered with spots. Also refrigerator not even wiped down for next customer. Everything about this hotel was not SAFE SERVICE!!!

Need a lot of improvement for environment and serv The room is not expected and not the same as picture shown, the reception ladies are unfriendly and yelling at me that I just see if the coffee is ready for the complimentary breakfast which is suck already. The environment in hotel is dirty and full of homeless and ruined smell.... Will not use Extended Stay America anymore, this is the first and last time.

They did not have any of the amenities that they offered and they were not helpful whatsoever. And they do not have anything for handicapping

Dirty, dirty and dirty. Hair dryer was not working and wire exposed. Toilet bowl water was running all night long, also chain was off in the water reservoir. Sink was dirty. Towels have lot of dust coming out. I should get refunded. OMG.
