Blood stains and urine stains on bed. Room smelt terrible. No other rooms. Worst experience ever.

This property lacks greatly in services and especially at the rate charged. Covid was used as an excuse to not have ANY dishes, utensils, small appliances (ie: coffeemaker, toaster, iron, etc) in the room. (Covid is an overly used excuse for everything it seems.) We were told once we got to the room if we wanted these items we could call and request them. What?! At an Extended Stay?! People stay at an Extended Stay for the same reason they stay at a Residence Inn...in order to have these things available to use in their room... read more

No fun I was rebooked into a different Extended Stay, on Torrance Blvd. Not very clean, and very noisy guests. Won't stay there again.

Rooms not ready at 3pm check in, key cards not working, short staff that day, rooms smelled, no toilet paper or bath towels in bathroom, bathroom smelled, I truly felt false advertising on website, my worst stay ever, staff was kind, very pet friendly. No public bathroom on first floor, after a long drive my mother needed used the bathroom, we told that there were no bathrooms on first for use and to try Denny’s a minute away. Very upsetting.

It looks a lot nicer from the outside. I was trying to stay close to my kids and very reasonable you priced. But the room was dark, dirty carpet, and rust on the tub fixtures. Bathroom floor was sticky.. the bed was comfortable. This was not not a place I felt comfortable staying.
