No toilet seat, no soap shampoo conditioner, courtesy phone not working, smelled bad in the room. It was the first time staying at this hotel and never again!

Safety concern and smells We came for a family trip and we will never stay here again. The room itself was just ok. Very outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. It did have a kitchen which was nice. Fairly clean with just some hair left over here and there. The main issue was outside of the room. The hallways smelled very strongly of marijuana and the stairwell smelled of urine. It was loud off and on throughout the night. Once we got in the elevator the whole plus smelled like pot, day and night. Was a noisy place. To pricey for run down place

Rooms need revamping. holes in black out curtain. breakfast bar needs restocking sooner/faster.

I liked that it was close to what i needed. But I didn't like the condition of the room. It looked beat up and in need of refurbishment bad!

Free Breakfast was horrible. Coffee was watered down. Food was all repackaged cheap sugary junk.

This place needs a lot of work Hotels.com service was great. This hotel needs a lot of work. The rooms were not well cleaned. There was trash on the floors throughout the property. The halls reeked of marijuana.
