You Get What You Pay For The room was warn down a bit. The bathroom sink was clogged with something visible and disgusting. The fridge was loud, there was a musty odor throughout. The front desk was often empty. The keycard seldom worked. On the upside, towels were clean. Room was decently cleaned.

Pay less attention for security and smells mold Several people including us saw someone put a small rock to the entrance door to leave it unlocked all the time. People took it away and reported to the hotel staff to stop him to do this for the security. However it happened again and again. They must be serious about it. Room smells mold as well...

This hotel was so dirty I will never stay here again. We were her for a family death and this was an awful experience.

Do not stay here This hotel is dirty disgusting and it stinks the smell is horrible I couldn't sleep here I checked out early it was very unsanitary and I didn't want to risk my health the smell made me gag I wouldn't recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again this place needs to be shut down

Extended stay America is terrible. They emailed me 1 hour before check in that my room was no longer available. I had a reservation and they cancelled and did not find me another room. My family was already in the area getting ready for check in.

The lady during check in was nice and had a lot of people requesting things from her. She was very nice. However, our room was disgusting. We loaded the cart brought the kids up to the room and didn't even stay for 5 minutes. The room smelled so bad of animal pee. Once we turned the air on, the smells got worse like animals and human pee. My son went straight into an allery attack. The location and dog policy was good(except we didn’t need to bring our dog). Our keys didn’t work each day we weee there. We had to call the 3rd party reservation place to change our reservation to 2 instead of 3 nights. We couldn’t check in until we went online to change it
Pet friendly hotel. Animal smell and hair entire hotel. Expedia over booked my room. They took 2.5 hours but not provided any alternative room. Finally they asked me to book by myself. Hotel staff kindly arranged altanative room but only one bed sofa bed.
