I paid in advance through Expedia, but Extended Stay Torrance gave my room to someone else and cancelled my reservation without telling me. Awful experience. I will never book at Extended Stay again.

We booked a deluxe king. This room was no deluxe that's for sure. Room was almost to small to fit a king bed. The carpet throughout the building is just filthy. The bed had woman's mackup smeared across the sheets and pillowcases This is a pet friendly hotel and it shows. The room next to us had a large dog barking all night. Upon arrival check in was friendly. The let me know the kitchenette that was meant to be stocked would have zero plates etc. The room was permitted with cigarette smoke and made my family sick and triggered asthma attacks and headaches as well as nausea. The grab and go breakfast consisted of granola bars! Was told I had a silent touch less check out and was charged for a late check out since I did not go through the front desk. Horrible Did not recieve the 2-rooms I reserved, the desk clerk was rude, the entire facility was filthy unsavory characters hanging around. Mildew in bath tub. Do not stay at this hotel.

This place looked nothing like the photos online. The front doors were open and it was a free for all from the out side of the hotel to the inside. It did not feel safe at all. The doors had to be keyed at the door in order to get in the rooms and some of the doors for the rooms just pushed open. The fridges in the room looked like they had never been wiped down. Regret Everything was dirty. It smelled like weed and smoke up and down the halls. The room smelled like piss and mold. The staff was unprofessional and didn’t seem like they knew how to problem solve/customer service. It seemed like a mess as soon as I walked into the lobby. I almost walked out and cancelled my reservation, I regret staying here.

The front desk check in person coughed into her hand and then proceeded to hand me the key cards and parking pass. She also said she would credit me a day of pet stay as ours only stayed one night vs the two. Never got the credit. The hotel is dirty, halls smelled of marijuana and food.
