The staff was super nice and helpful. The room seemed clean but, there were stains on the floor, on the blanket, and in the nightstand drawer that I would have immediately left if I hadn't gotten to the room so late due to Expedia not quickly resolving a technical issue that showed I had no room for the night.

Need to pay more attention to cleaning the hallways and surrounding areas. One of the back doors has been propped open for several weeks. The front desk is not always staffed and the key entries do not always work.

Filthy! I took pictures. Cat hair in the fridge! Very dirty on outside of fridge. They did not activate my moms room card. Our room was the furthest from the elevator. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes.

I didn't like the smell of the room when I went in. I could tell they had pets there before so I asked them to bring a deodorant spray. They only had a soap in the bathroom and didn't had any shampoo or conditioner.
