My room was reserved. However did not stay because their debit card reader wasn’t working. And could pay for room. Not happy feeling!

My itinerary shows continental breakfast but there are only muffins and cereal bars w/ coffee. Also, please indicate once a week cleaning cycle more expressively.

I wasn’t able to get extra blankets and sheets for my two children that slept on the couch bed and no pillows were available. I was told that the extra blankets and sheets were in the laundry and nothing was available. Also, the pillow slips looked dirty and stained with makeup, I’m so disappointed I would have rather drove the long trip home.

The room was fairly spacious but not worth the money charged for it. there was black mold on caulk around tub, sections of formica broken off and coming off of cabinets in bathroom, bottoms of cabinet doors and room doors were flared out at bottom which is usually signs to wood damaged by water and swelling, cracking and splintering. Advertised continental breakfast but only had coffee, one type of granola bars and one type of packaged muffins. Not worth advertising as breakfast being offered.

Nothing everything is bad start for customer service the bathroom isn’t not working service bad bad bad

The city cut power for a period of scheduled time. Hotel only posted sign on door. Didn’t bother telling us this when checking in. Also breakfast was a joke three muffins and a granola bar. When I asked staff they said that’s all they have left and sorry. Horrible service.
