A great place to stay. The staff was nice and listened to any requests we had. They are also really pet friendly. The location is convenient and the surrounding area is quiet. We'll definitely stay here again.

Not what I expected A little pricey for what I received. Breakfast not really breakfast. Instant oatmeal in packets, coffee and prepackaged muffins. Floor levels seem to have both smoking and nonsmoking rooms together. When we got offf the elevators on third floor, it was like the casinos in Vegas where you smell the cigarette smoke while going to your nonsmoking room.

It's a good location for work in the South LA area. The building is a bit worn, and the hallways especially seem to be full of cigarette smoke although I didn't notice it in my room. I needed to check in/check out late/early and had difficulty finding a staff person both times. The room starts out with no dishes or anything although you can ask for them. The heat/AC system and refrigerator were both very noisy.

Nice Staff The hotel is a bit old already, but still good. We encounter problems in regards with teir bathroom and we're glad that Ms. Janice and Mr. James fix everything they've been trying to do their best to settle us even if it's midnight already. Internet connection is not good, but everything seems to be fine. Heads up to the 2 staff, I hope that all hotel staff are like them, very friendly and not lazy.
