Horrendous experience with Hotels.com representative and also at the hotel. 1. Hotel refused to booked rate and type 2. Hotels.con rep had illogical ideas for resolution 3. Hotel room was horrible - no towels, no Water cupswater. Cups

Needed a budget room for the night while plumbing was being worked on our house. Even at the budget price, I don't think the value I got was worth it. The room was very cramped even though I paid for the larger room, The space between one side of the King bed had so little space you had to turn your foot sideways to step out. Even though it had a kitchen area, you had to call down to request cutlery and dishes, etc.. Then they have you come down later to pick it up and carry it back to your room. 朝食付きとのことで予約したが、全く朝食とは言えない、フロントの前にコーヒー、マフィン、インスタントのオートミールがあるだけの、ひどいものだった。そもそも食事する場所がなく、部屋に持ち帰るしかない。パン、シリアルにミルクさえもなく、勿論フルーツやヨーグルト、ハム、ソーセージ類に卵も皆無。部屋にはドンディスタッグがない。5泊中、掃除もリネン、タオル交換も全くなく、事前の通知もない。

I called to be sure that check- in was at 3 p.m. and I was told it was. When i arrived at 3:30 pm, I was told it would be a longer wait because the person in my "assigned" room paid extra to leave late. I responded that wasn't my problem and i needed a room to freshen up as I had plans in an hour. After about 20 minutes, a man who i assumed was the manger came out to say, "OK, we've upgraded you. Some of the workers are nice there was a lady that has an attitude at the front desk and there’s never no clean towels. I stayed for over a week without towels.
