I liked that the property was pet friendly and was accessible to many stores. The rooms were not cleaned well. First night I was changed to another room because I found someone hair in the bath tub and second room toilet was running and bathroom fan didn't work. When I told staff Sat morning the fan didn't work she said they were aware and maintenance was waiting for parts. I couldn't understand why the previous staff wasn't aware of the problem and why the room wasn't taken out of order.

朝食付きとのことで予約したが、全く朝食とは言えない、フロントの前にコーヒー、マフィン、インスタントのオートミールがあるだけの、ひどいものだった。そもそも食事する場所がなく、部屋に持ち帰るしかない。パン、シリアルにミルクさえもなく、勿論フルーツやヨーグルト、ハム、ソーセージ類に卵も皆無。部屋にはドンディスタッグがない。5泊中、掃除もリネン、タオル交換も全くなく、事前の通知もない。

I called to be sure that check- in was at 3 p.m. and I was told it was. When i arrived at 3:30 pm, I was told it would be a longer wait because the person in my "assigned" room paid extra to leave late. I responded that wasn't my problem and i needed a room to freshen up as I had plans in an hour. After about 20 minutes, a man who i assumed was the manger came out to say, "OK, we've upgraded you. They didn’t have enough kitchen equipment-no roster, coffeemaker, bowls...with no concern expressed about this whatsoever. What is point in kitchen if no equipment?
