The location of the property was pretty nice, there was a mall across the street and the convenience of common store such as Walmart, target, Marshalls Ross and common eateries nearby. The beach was 11 minutes away, (power, saving grace).
South Bay homeless shelter! The location is very close to Del amo mall. This place however is one step above a homeless shelter. When you arrive you will be met with a dozen residents outside their cars smoking and doing whatever in their pajamas. Kinda scary if you are a single women or a man for that matter! The staff act like prison guards so forget niceties. But I guess you gotta be tough to put up with the clientele.
