3rd time i have stayed . front desk always make yoi wait, need some help with servicing people. Room smelt like dog..

Great It was nice! Pretty clean! Very convenient for tourists due to easy access to highways and freeways :)

I liked that the property was pet friendly and was accessible to many stores. The rooms were not cleaned well. First night I was changed to another room because I found someone hair in the bath tub and second room toilet was running and bathroom fan didn't work. When I told staff Sat morning the fan didn't work she said they were aware and maintenance was waiting for parts. I couldn't understand why the previous staff wasn't aware of the problem and why the room wasn't taken out of order.

Very noisy hotel. Lots of activity up and down the corridors most of the night. Elevator on the floor would wake me up each time it came to the floor with noise. Just not pleasant nor restful.

This was our second chance giving this chain another try, but unfortunately it was still disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the smell in the hallways was nauseating. The room itself was outdated and in need of renovation. The only positive was the beds, which appeared to be new and were comfortable. Our room was located right next to the trash room, which was overflowing and added to the unpleasant experience. The surrounding area was actually very nice, which made the overall stay even more disappointing.

I stayed at this property about 4-5 years ago & had an idea of what it would be like. The staff was really helpful, and probably is the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the property hasn’t been maintained in so many different ways. Check in was pretty easy, elevators are axis from the reception desk. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, there were so many different smells…food, tobacco, and other scents.
