I had to unload my belongings without a cart and to take three trips to my car. The door was difficult to open. No instructions for that. The kitchenette is really dated and could use a refresh. The breakfast bar was a joke
When I arrived at the property, there was only one staff & she was showing guests to another room because there was an issue with their initial room. I waited in the lobby with two other guests for 15 minutes. She did get me checked in quickly. Considering this property is located in Torrance, I assumed it would be nicer than others, but it was not.
