Stinks There was a terrible stink in the halls of this hotel. I wouldn't stay here again.

Crappy place Front desk workers not friendly crappy unhappy workers. My kid was saying hi to them n they ignored him he 4yrs old he sad why they mad. I will never give them my business

The water was turned off for several hours for 2 days of our stay and we were not notified of this problem.

Disappointed The moment I walked into my room it smelled like a birdcage and urine. The breakfast was disappointing, there was no water or juice, only coffee. I will probably never stay at this hotel again.

Don,t stay at this hotel. You will not be happy. I would never stay here again. The hotel is in such bad shape. The clerk at the desk had on very soiled clothing. The halls reaked with obnoxious odors. There were many large animals sometimes more than one in a room that constantly barked. The sheets on the bed were I poor conditions. Your shoes stuck to the non carpeted floors. There were three lamps in our room with burned out light bulbs. The hotel needs some time and money spent on maintenance.

The toilet flooded and we went to ask for a plunger and the staff said they did not have one. it was tough using the restroom and thankfully all was fine until we left and the toilet was still flooded. Never got fixed when we brought it to their attention

Discouraged with Extended Stay America The hotel had a weird odor about it. It also did not have coffee or tea available in each room. There was a kitchenette in the room, but unstocked. No cups, glasses, tea, coffee, coffee pot. It was also very loud. Coffee or tea were not available in the common area until the following morning, and very limited.
