The problem was that never get my reservation it was sold to another person whe I was at the desk the staff tell me sorry.

The staff was very rude and unaccompdating I would never stay here again.

We were there for 2 days and we did not get clean towels and our room was not made up, we asked for a king bed because I am 6ft 2inches and fit better in a king and not a queen which they gave us also, the shower was very old. they told us they were up dating the facility but we could not see where they were being made. Filthy, Smelly Hotel. DON'T BOOK HERE!! FILTHY hotel. Combined cigarette, baking FISH, spaghetti and stale odors assult you from the minute you step off the elevate throughout the length of the interior hallway. The nightly rate was insanely high for such terrible accommodations!! And ... my stay was during their "Off Season".

The hotel advertised Free Breakfast. It turns out to be a muffin or nutra grain bar. If you need clean towels, you must bring them to the front desk to receive clean ones. I will never stay at this place again.

Terrible experience my key didn't work three ties and the lady at the front had the nerve to say will you wait here while I go try the key. After 10 hours on the road not being able to get into the room for an hour was a nightmare. I didn't even get to shower before my date. What a joke.
