seem like a lot of people are living at the hotel. on the weekend there was an outdoor party and loud music . a lot of people hanging on the outside of the hotel. the elevators and walkway was not clean . the rooms were okay but not the best

There was a bed bug crawling in the bed, you can’t watch tv because the remote control doesn’t work, the kitchen is very outdated, and there was bugs in the tub

A number of things were not satisfactory. 1. I ordered a queen sofa bed and it was a twin. Additionally, there was no bedding for the sofa bed. I asked the staff for sheets and was literally told "we got nothing". 2. Every time I went to the front desk, no one was there and had to wait several minutes for someone to return. 3. The phone in the room didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk. As such, I had to walk to the front desk for each request.
