The staff was courteous but there is very poor water pressure and barely warm water temperature to take a shower in the morning. Also there are no hairdryers provided in the rooms, no usb ports for charging phones. I asked the front desk for a hair dryer and they said there were none available. I have never stayed at any hotel where a hair dryer was not provided.

It is in an amazing location and beautiful on the outside. However, inside is a different story. The lobby is well kept, but the hall way to the elevators needs some attention. Hasnt been swept in quite some time. The elevator doors are very dirty. Our room hadnt been cleaned well either.
