The rooms were not AT ALL what the pictures portrayed. The hallways were dirty…there pets everywhere and people were smoking outside every exit. Conversations overheard made us feel unsafe. We didn’t even stay the night.

When you sign in you must sign a form you will not smoke anything in the rooms. When we walked up to the 3rd floor where our room was the smell of weed hit you in the face. I told the front desk and they did investigate. Beds were terrible and the room was clean but the reviews show differently. Rooms need a makeover as the trim was coming off the walls, paint was scratched off and the sink was stained and gross looking.

“No smoking” smoke smelling property The “nonsmoking” property was an old property that smelled of smoke everywhere except the lobby. We could not believe that there was a hotel chain that did not have a hairdryer in the room. When asked for one, we were told that they had none to lend out. A new shipment had been ordered, but was delivered elsewhere.

Great staff, dirty floors The staff were super friendly and great but the cleanliness on the other hand was terrible. The hotel is dated and not well kept, the bathroom had chunks of floor gone by the shower and the bathroom it's self was not well kept and had a very dirty floor. The floor was dirty throughout the whole room but the bathroom was the worst, we covered the floors with towels so our feet would stay clean. Photos dont show its dated and lack of upkeep.
