Rooms are outdated. The Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan and is dark with poor lighting. The roll out sofa was filthy with a mattress that was so thin and poor it was unusable. The kitchen has nothing. Not equipped with anything unlike other extended stays that were actually cheaper. The closet curtain was stained and dirty. There are hardly any outlets to plug in chargers, laptops etc. I would not recommend this place at all.

The staff was never there to attend to customers, I stayed here a whole week and they never changed the sheets and towels or cleaned the room, it was horrible to get someone to take care of us, they did not give us breakfast and the room keys were they flushed all the time and did not work, even sometimes the toilet did not work well, I do not recommend this hotel at all it was terrible our stay would never stay in one of these again 😡

The pull out bed was completely soaked through with Urine. There was also no sheets or cover on bed or even in the room. Bathroom door was broken and couldn't shut. Front desk lady actually said we're out of mattresses and didn't make an effort to make arrangements until my brother said this is unacceptable to sleep on. Then finally offered another room.

I’d rather sleep in my car For a non-smoking facility, I smelled stale cigarettes the moment I walked into our nasty room. It felt so dirty. It was the first hotel I’ve stayed in that I was afraid of bed bugs. The description said full sleeper sofa, which we needed for our kids, and it was a twin. I felt like I needed an oxygen mask and a bath in bleach upon checkout. They also had to make a copy of my DL and CC when checking in. I’ll be keeping an eye on my credit cards transactions for a while.
