Smelly Sheets had burn marks, was to be a smoke free room and wasen't

Started bad but staff did help 1st room that I reserved had mold in the a/c unit, went to front desk an staff place me in a different room,,I got to that room an the bed wasn't made an had food n cigarette butts on table,,notified staff an they upgraded my room to a suite,,, it was small but after an hour or so of moving from room to room I was jus happy to finally be able to rest,,

Old, dirty, bad smell Louisville tends to run out of hotel rooms for different conferences and I was forced to stay here. I thought because of the area it would be a nicer room. It was not. The smell was really bad, the towels really grossed me out to the point that I don't want to even think of it. I would rather sleep in my car next time than stay here again.

Actually had a room available. When i checked out an hour late they charged me an extra day and would not be lienant on the 11:00am checkout time. This was very disappointing. The rest of the experience was ok. There was a conference in Louisville and it was very hard to find a room. The rooms were over priced because everyone was booked, but the rest of the hotels were the same way.

Right off major interstate. Folks were friendly. When asked to clean toilet that had black (Mold?) and obviously had not been cleaned over few guests. Answer was Yes, we will take care of it. Called again next morning, got same response. Were there 3 days, no cleaning of toilet, or any daily service, no garbage pickup, dirty stairwells. Really grossed over dirty toilet, mainly. Only positive, close to interstate. Other wise dirty room.

Worst Experiance Ever!!!!!!!!! truley a horriable experiance!! the bed was gross, the shower moved back and forth sounded like it was going to crash thru the floor, really scary, till it was funny because I could hear the next rooms tub sounds coming through the wall, along with the other sounds too! nice kitchen area ,nice table-work area until you pulled the 2 desk chairs out to sit on" NOT" had to put towels over both chairs to sit down to work or eat, couldn't get fresh coffee,claimed you could get coffee around the cloc... read more

Sub-Standard Hotel: didn't honor my reservation The biggest concern with my hotel stay was that I specifically reserved a non-smoking room upon my reservation and was given a smoking room, which was completely unsatisfactory...also, because the hotel was completely booked, they couldn't make any restitution. Not Impressed - Would Not Return From the outside the hotel is immaculate - nicely landscaped and gives the impression that its a great bargain for the money. Inside the hotel is another story. The room smelled awful - the dishes in the cabinets were not clean - there was not even a clean glass to drink a glass of water. The refrigerator in room 134 was full of scratches and dents and the furniture was dated and very dirty. Housekeeping tried to come in at 8:30 in the morning while we were dressing.
