Noisy Room Here is the one-night stay feedback 1. Toilet not working. Hotel staff suggested to pull the level manually every time use the toilet 2. Smoking smell in the room even hotel is smoke-free. Hotel staff shared one spray that also is fragrance-free 3. AC is very noisy 4. Breakfast is horrible. No fruits, juice, curd nothing except bars

Smelly loud Room had bad smell, AC unit made a whistling noise, people who was in the room above ours was very noisy jumping on floor late at night I complained and they still were noisy

Smells like smoke. No frills for sure. No ammenities. Hotel smells like smoke and/or musty.

Never will stay again at an Extended Stay First off, I put on my reservation 2 adults, one 17 year old child and one 11 year old child. They gave me a room with a pull out for my kids that would be fine however it was the size of a twin bed, my 17 year old son is 6 foot 3 and 300 pounds they weren't fitting and of course they said they were booked and don't have roll away beds. not so good been here in Louisville for 2 weeks now... this hotel not much better that last. the bed is really uncomfortable. the hotel is really dated and needs a lot of improvement. probably wont stay here again
May be try other hotels in the area Lots of things didn't go well with our stay. First of all we had booked 2 non-smoking rooms with 2 double beds. When we arrived at the hotel at night no one was there at the reception and have to wait for 10-15 minutes, before I could locate that person relaxing in Courtyard. Then we were told that they only have 1 double bed rooms available. And then in one of the rooms we had bad smoking smell. Hotel had a lot of deferred maintenance and was dirty. Staff was very nice despite hotel condition

lousy The room was not cleaned during my stay. The AC was removed and installed back after I complained I am still waiting for a copy of the receipt. Breakfast was very weak as to food
Not clean! Room was not clean. Had to get glasses from front desk so we could drink. The glasses were dirty. Dust and cobwebs above the refrigerator. Soap scum in the shower. Tub had a brown hue to it, no one has cleaned it who knows how long. Contacted Extended Stay the night we were there and to date they have not responded. Not what we are used to from an Extended Stay!
