Not good We never stayed at this hotel, they changed the date of our reservation. We called 4 times about this problem and was promised the manager would call and never did.

Stay away Did not have our room after 45 mins they gave us one very dirty never changed the trash cans that was over flowing

Not a place to stay First time staying in this kind of hotel. I didn’t like it. No cleaning for the whole week, rooms are humid and air conditioning not working properly. Fitness centre with no A/C complained the whole week and nothing got resolved. Staff at front desk were friendly

Unimpressed The staff were friendly but the room given to me was not what I reserved for. My reservation was for a double studio with a pull out. The front desk said that the website had over booked them and only had a single and a pull out. Not exactly a good start to our stay. Breakfast was only oatmeal and coffee and didn’t exactly impress me either. The hotel definitely needs and upgrade. The carpet looked 100 years old and so did the doors.

This hotel changed our reservation hours before arrival and transferred us to another Extended Stay that was substandard (e.g. exterior entry to all rooms, people hanging out in parking lot, dimly lit parking lot, overall dirty and dated appearance of building). When we attempted to simply cancel our reservation they wouldn’t allow it, and charged us. Our attempts, along with Expedia and our credit card, to get a refund have thus far been met with hang ups from their staff. I would not recommend this hotel chain.

One word......DIRTY Hotel is dirty, smelly, and old! We initially booked our room for 4 nights due to the location. We checked OUT in less than 12 hours!! We had to get the heck out of there!! It appears that the only "spot" clean. It's in desperate need of a "deep" cleaning. Mildew-ish smells. Hair everywhere (sheets, tub, sink, and floor. Never again!!
