A typical older motel. The pictures online show a hardwood type floor but our room had very old carpet in it. It felt kind of cold and damp and sticky. The two beds were pushed up against the opposite walls so that you couldn't get around them. There was very little space in between them in the middle. Maybe enough for two people to stand facing each other, but the back of their legs would be touching the beds. The bedding appeared fairly crisp and clean. Had I known that Extended Stay America had exterior corridors and doors to access the rooms I would not have booked my two day reservation through Expedia. It’s an unsafe choice for someone traveling alone. Next time I will look more closely at the photos of the property. I contacted Expedia to see if I could cancel the second day. Expedia contacted the Extended Stay manager and he/she denied my request to check out a day early, with Expedia’s approval!!! Never again! Our original hotel was over booked so the hotel tried to accommodate us with another extend stay hotel only 7 mins away from our Original location when we arrived we had to pick up the phone to speak with a representative of the hotel on the phone my husband and I where told that they were unable to accommodate us unless it was a multiple night stay after speaking with 2 hotels.com representatives and trying to find us a new hotel the representative had us go to another hotel extend a stay 20 mins away from our ... read more

The room was not as expected. The tv looked like it was going to fall off the base. The bed was lopsided. And uncomfortable. The door kept stopping because the base was broken.

I had a horrible experience. There were bugs, the furniture was cracked & broken. They had to give us another room when we first checked in because it was not clean. In the second room there were bugs, the towels were dirty. I was extremely unsatisfied
