A typical older motel. The pictures online show a hardwood type floor but our room had very old carpet in it. It felt kind of cold and damp and sticky. The two beds were pushed up against the opposite walls so that you couldn't get around them. There was very little space in between them in the middle. Had I known that Extended Stay America had exterior corridors and doors to access the rooms I would not have booked my two day reservation through Expedia. It’s an unsafe choice for someone traveling alone. Next time I will look more closely at the photos of the property. I contacted Expedia to see if I could cancel the second day. Never again! The room was not as expected. The tv looked like it was going to fall off the base. The bed was lopsided. And uncomfortable. The door kept stopping because the base was broken.

I had a horrible experience. There were bugs, the furniture was cracked & broken. They had to give us another room when we first checked in because it was not clean. In the second room there were bugs, the towels were dirty. I was extremely unsatisfied
