Extended Stay America was barely average. They are only concerned to provide room service about twice per week for weekly tenants, not daily, so don't be surprised if you return to your room and its a mess like you left it. Also, their towels are about as thin and scratchy as you can get, so bring your own if you'd like to stay cheap and not suffer. Staff and Location I chose this hotel because of it being pet friendly and location. The staff was as friendly and helpful of any hotel that I have ever stayed. It was an extended stay hotel and was in marginal condition. Location was very convenient and although it was located on the nicer side of Lubbock - the surrounding neighborhood was marginal as well. Staff located me in a great room for a pet which was right next to a stairwell which made it very convenient to take him out. Although I didn't care for the hotel itself... read more

SUPER IMPRESSED awesome stay! we needed to checking in early to get ready for our wedding reception & the manager made it happen! super friendly staff! I can't rave enough on the helpful friendly staff! great place for the the price! highly recommend!

Very welcoming and friendly hotel I recently stayed at the Extended Stay in Lubbock, Tx, and I have no complaints. The room was clean and ready, the staff there was very courteous and helpful, from the manager down the line. They even let me stay an extra hour due to having a late flight out. I highly recommend this hotel and its staff and when return to Lubbock, will be where i stay.

Ok.....if can't find anything else Looks ok....fairly fresh paint.....but older, can smell the smokers....atleast in the carpet and room we were in.........extended stay...so have to be prepared for less amentities......just needs to be updated......we came in for football.....and seemed like the last hotel with rooms.......so understandable.....we said we would stay there again but only as last resort.

Great location The staff was friendly and helpful, however the lobby had a foul smell when entering. Our room was pretty clean except for our bathroom. The bath had pubic hair in it and the wall had 3 long hairs on it.
