Price is good but what you receive is terrible. Good news: The staff was polite & honest. Bad news: There was a strong odor of fried food on the 3rd floor. The first floor had random piles of debris in the hallway from the work being done up front. There was also an unusual smell on the first floor as well. None of the lamps in my hotel room worked along with the lamp near the bed being very dusty. There was a burweed on one of the body towels that scratched my girlfriend while she was drying off. The shower rod was rusty. T... read more

So the staff here were lovely. The issue I had with the property wasn’t related to them. However, the room didn’t match the photos online. It was grimy and a little dirty inside. It had light switches that didn’t work too and a smelly bathroom. I could handle the room but there were also ton of people vaping outside in the hall and you can smell it in the room or had it blown on you and clearly a few people high on something. Overall, it was fine. I didn’t feel unsafe. But I wouldn’t stay again

Horrible. Don’t do it. Terrible, horribly maintained hotel. Bunch of employees drinking beer in the lobby upon check in. Rooms in horrible condition. Old, needs updating, etc. Paint peeling and chipped, toilets old and disgusting, refrigerator old and crappy. TV sits lower than the bed. Will never stay there again and is an embarrassment to the brand.

The tv in my room went out for three days. I let them know about it and no one ever fixed it or helped me get a new room after I asked multiple times. It was dirty and the ppl working at the front desk for the most part were nowhere to be found.

We are genuinely sorry your concerns were not addressed during your stay, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to feel overlooked. Your experience does not reflect the standards we aim to uphold, particularly regarding attentiveness and upkeep. This feedback has been shared with the appropriate teams for immediate follow-up. The elevator made a loud horrible noise when used. No certificate was posted in the elevator but did say it's at the office. We asked the employee working to see it and she had no idea what we were talking aboit and then said it should be in the elevator. She then showed us an occupancy certificate thinking it was it. We reply it wasn't. Never was handled

Business response:

Dear Guest, We apologize for the confusion and concern regarding the elevator and the certificate display. Safety and compliance are very important to us, and we regret that our staff was unable to provide the correct information at the time. Your experience has been shared with our management team to ensure proper training and clarity moving forward. We appreciate your understanding and will work to improve. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to welcoming you back.Sincerely,Hotel Managem... read more

The shower head was duct taped on. None of the lamps worked, the sink wouldn't drain. The area was overrun with homeless and vagrants. I was afraid my car would be broken into. When i talked with the front desk they didn't care.

We also regret that you felt unsafe and that our response at the front desk did not meet expectations. Please know we are addressing these matters with urgency to improve both service and property conditions. Your input is appreciated, and we hope to welcome you back for a better experience.Sincerely,Hotel Management
