Great location The staff was friendly and helpful, however the lobby had a foul smell when entering. Our room was pretty clean except for our bathroom. The bath had pubic hair in it and the wall had 3 long hairs on it.

Not Happy We stayed because no other hotels could be had in Lubbock on that particular night. The staff was cordial but not very friendly they seemed just to go through the motions. I was really upset when I found they charge you for a second person even when you book a room with double beds.

For the price paid, a very run and neglected hotel. I paid the price because they stated that they provided breakfast. I am all about a value hotel...LOL, I don't need a lot, but dang. I think the desk/table was missing because there was a rolling chair and the mirror/plugs were at the appropriate height for a desk. I bought some soup to heat up for dinner...the bowls provided could hold 5-6 grapes. That was almost comical. There was a very distinct buzzing sound that went off every few minutes 24/7. The worst stay ever!!! First day: the toilet was making a really bad noise, I reported and the employee said that he would send somebody to look at it and that did not happend! My husband had to fis it himself. We were close to the machine room (or something like that) because therr was a non stop sound like something turning on and off all night all day!! Then on my last night the AC stopped working and was dripping water! This time a nice employee helped us and gave us a different room

This hotel deserves a -10 review. When we arrived there was a weird smell in the lobby. No luggage cart was available. When we got to the floor of our room the carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. The room itself was absolutely disgusting, old and beat up. The floor clearly hadn’t been mopped in a long time. The fridge was white originally, but covered in filth. Staff was great, however the rooms are in horrible condition. Dirty and damaged. I stayed here due to the close proximity of my customers site. When I come back in a few months I will stay somewhere else and drive further.

Pet friendly kitchen not enough bed linens old No coffeepot went to desk and asked for one but they had no coffee.or ice bucket. Breakfast is a joke oatmeal packets no milk or juice has cereal bar and muffin.
