Worse hotel in 15 years This has to be the worst hotel / Motel I have stayed in in a long long time. Before I continue this let me just say that the girl working the front desk was great! So let's get to the room we walked in and there is some kind of juice or soda spilled all over the kitchen floor. my daughter finda the trashcan overflowing I mean it's not just a little full it is overflowing so I take that to the lobby and I ask her if we can have the to floor clean, she said yes I'll come right now. The Dirtiest Smelly Extended I've ever stayed in There is a nasty smell from the time you come by the reception desk. The door is broken and filthy, you almost want to use a paper towel to touch the door handle. My assumption was that the smell would only be limited to the reception area but even to the third floor the hallway became pungent. Once you get the room the smell reduces. The room had animal hair on bedcovers and chairs. For someone like me who struggles with allergic reactions to animal hair it was one miserable ... read more

Clean it up Can't rate the whole hotel only our room, It was not clean. There was about an inch of water in the bath tub--hair in and around the sink.---The large framed picture on the wall, someone had spit on in several places, ( or something ) and just let it run down.There were 2 or 3 used syringes laying on the pavement near where we parked in the back lot .I don't believe my wife will let me bring her back.

Comprei o quarto por este site e chegando no hotel, não havia quartos disponíveis! A funcionária fez o que pode e nos colocou num quarto para cadeirantes. O quarto cheirava a cigarro, o corredor do hotel, tinha cheiro de banheiro usado. O café da manhã na realidade era composto apenas e café, creme e um muffin de chocolate ou de banana. Not again

Gross. The elevator is a bit sketchy. And the doors will open and close several times before it moves. During our stay we found SOMEONE ELSES baby blanket wrapped in our blankets. Therefore they did not wash the sheets Lastly, before checking out I checked our online banking account, we had already paid the two night stay and they charged our card an additional $150. They said they would put the money back but so far it is not there. (It’s been 24 hours) and they gave us a free night stay to make up for the dirty sheets. I d... read more

Whole Hotel just looked and felted in kept Staff was very unfriendly to say the least never at the front desk always had to wait on them Sign says be back in 5 minutes was more like 10 or 25

They have a policy to only check out the room to the person who made the reservations. So if you plan to meet other members of your group that are staying in the same room there, don't plan on them being able to check in. This bit of information would have been helpful when reserving the room, considering members in my group arrived 2 hours before me and had the reservation details but couldn't check in. Be careful where you park your car.

Two night stay parent weekend Room was not clean from the beginning. Sheets felt like they were not fresh sheets. Clothing was found in the drawers. Would not be staying there again.

Very disappointed The day we checked in we noticed the room was warm so we turned down the ac and left until that night. Once we returned the room was still very warm, the ac was not working properly. I called to the front desk and he said it would be the next morning before he could have someone come look at the A/C. He told us there were no other rooms available but that they did have a box fan we could use. On top of the A/C not working properly, the toilet rocked every time it was used, the refrigerator was leaking water... read more
