Bathroom smelled of urine. Black goo on the iron; glad I noticed before ironing my shirt. No dishes in the cabinet in the kitchen. Soap seemed expired because it did not produce a lather when trying to wash my hands. White towels and washcloths stained; used my own thy were in my vehicle. Not experience I was hoping for and I am not a picky person. Just want cleanliness.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Lyberty parents, out of town guests for a game, even if this is the only hotel left it would be better to sleep in a car. Just now got into town and checked in....and just as quick checked out. This hotel is NOT as advertised and im fearful I will get eaten by bed bugs. There are literally bugs. It is DISGUSTING!!!! I'm not sure if I should lead off with the stench when you walk through the prison-esque front doors, or the fine grain sandpaper they called toilet paper. There were zero amenities, no shampoo no soap no plastic cups. I'm not sure why they had a little mini kitchen and a refrigerator when they didn't even give you plastic cups. There was no ice machine. And to Crown off the Spartan minimalist dank motif, I asked for a few extra pillows because there were three of us and we have some back issues and they said no. There are better choices Facility is old, but mostly clean. No modern outlets for USB plugs. Blankets were non existent- felt like I was using a tissue for a blanket. When I asked for an extra blanket I was told they had none, although after pressing they found one. Bed was uncomfortable in general. No front desk staff is present unless you call. Smell of pot in building as well.

The staff, specifically one front desk worker, was incredibly rude. The entire hotel reeked of marijuana. There were no towels in the bathroom upon arrival. There were empty shampoo bottles on the bathroom sink that had not been replaced. There were things left under the bed from previous guests.

Tiny double beds for 4 grown adults. No extra blankets, no extra towels. No hot food available in the mornings. We Needed to check out after our first day because our plans were going to change. We were told that because it was third party reservations platform, that we would lose the entire amount charge too our card, for the next 2 days stay. No consideration, in these times, you can assume plans do change last minute.

Don’t Stay Here First impression when we walked in the lobby, smelled like weed. Not just a subtle smell, but very heavy. Once in our room, that we did not have the queen size bed we reserved. It was most definitely a full. Also that there was old dried food splattered on the fridge and stove. To make matters worse, a BLOOD STAIN on the blanket. Contacted the front desk. Arrived 1 hr before check-in time. Room was ready, but we were charged an extra $15 to get in the room early-WHY- just because they could. Room was not very clean. Light beside bed didn't work. Light over stove top didn"t work. Hand sanitizer beside elevator was empty. No in-room coffee. No ice available. Only two thin plastic cups in the room. We realize the pressures brought on by the pandemic, labor shortages, and inflation. We are glad that this hotel is still available for us, but we will not be back.
