Never again Rude and disrespectful

Business response:

It was disappointing to read about your experience at our hotel. This is not the impression that we like our guests to leave with. As you may have noticed from previous reviews, this is not normal for our hotel. We hope you will consider this an isolated incident and come back for another stay. Sincerely, Hotel Management

Got to room, was not cleaned. Bedding strewed all over. Room stunk. Called front desk. Had to go get new room. Continental breakfast was a grab and go. Had kitchenette but no utensils, cookware, dishes. Sign said to call front desk with what u needed and they would deliver. We ended up having to go get what we needed from front desk. Asked for napkins and man behind desk stated they didnt have any!

Business response:

Karen, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry for the issues you encountered in your initial suite, but we are glad we could provide you a new suite. Moreover, we apologize for the unsatisfactory service you received from our front desk associates. We will share your concerns with them, so this does not repeat going forward. Also, your comments regarding the grab-and-go breakfast will be shared with our Brand Leaders to assist them when determining a new breakfast for future implementation. We hope you will give u... read more

We got there early and our room was not ready, no biggie. I asked for a restroom and she “was going to make an exception” to let me use it. Well my fiancé had to go and she said “oh no men, you pee on the seat.” Such gender discrimination!! We returned late to check in and our key didn’t work. The lady spend 5 minutes trying to fix it and just gave us a different room because she was pretty sure the person that was supposed to stay in there wasn’t coming back. Our room also had a double bed when we reserved a room with a que... read more

They have 2 separate buildings, went to the one with reservations. They said overbooked and they had no rooms , had to go to next hotel they said they couldn’t do anything , after about an hour of standing around arguing , they gave me a room without putting in system

Business response:

Thank you for your review. We are terribly sorry about the issues you experienced with your reservation, and even more so that we did not appropriately correct the situation. Your comments have been discussed with the team, and we are reviewing our procedures so this does not happen again. Thank you once more for your feedback, and we hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back soon. Sincerely, Hotel Management

First of all, they advertise ‘continental breakfast’ when it was nothing more than a couple baskets with granola bars and gas station packaged muffins. There were packets of oatmeal but no bowls or spoons. Also, when you have a kitchenette, there is normally utensils and dishes and bowls to use. There was nothing in any of the cabinets. Third, there was no ice machine in the entire hotel. So the options given to me by the front desk were to use two ice trays (that were not in the room but I could come request from the front ... read more

Business response:

Thank you for choosing our hotel. We are sorry your stay at our hotel was not a pleasant one and regret our kitchenware policy was not explained to you upon arrival. Please know, to ensure the cleanliness of kitchenware upon check-in, brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk, and our team gladly delivers them to your suite. Also, we have a full-size refrigerator which includes ice trays for your convenience. Therefore we do not have ice machines on our property, and we apologize for your dis... read more

Not a nice place. Smelled bad, not very clean and beds very uncomfortable

Business response:

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry for the discomfort you had with the mattress and regret the odor you encountered. We have shared your feedback with the housekeeping team to be more diligent in their efforts going ahead. We hope you will give us a second chance to deliver the type of experience you should always expect from our hotel. Sincerely, Hotel Management
