Extended Stay Deluxe Melbourne-vey nice. The hotel looks a little old on the outside and in the lobby. I was very impressed with the room; spacious and clean. More like a small studio apartment than a hotel room. Very quiet and no smoking odor. One queen and a pull-out sofa bed. Kitchen has some items for preparing a meal (cups, plates, etc.). Well worth the price.

Great Experience At Any Price Front desk staff were particularly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and eager to accommodate. Room was spacious, well-appointed and cheerful. Breakfast: (Mon-Fri) was quite sufficient for those who wish a light mean - which I do. Location: great, within easy walking distance to any number of shops and restaurants. Go for the Gold, very satisfied with the room and the price. The motel was very nice and clean and very quite, the pool was very nice and as far as I can tell was only used by me the 5 days I was there. The majority of the people that stayed during my visit were workers so they slept and they left early in the am to go to work. I would definitely recommend this motel to any one that needs a place to stay.

extended stay deluxe melbourne I like the location room and the staff I met while I was their. The room was nice it was in a quiet area I would stay their again when I go back. The only complaint was they didn't have their coffee bar open on the weekends and holiday.

コンサート 観光目的ではなく、Ｋｉｎｇ　Ｃｅｎｔｅｒ　Ｆｏｒ　Ｔｈｅ　Ｐｅｒｆｏｒｍｉｎｇ　ａｒｔｓ　で行われたロックコンサートを観るための滞在に利用しました。 空港からの移動手段がないため、レンタカーを使ってホテル、会場、食料確保等しました。ホテル周辺にぽつぽつとレストランや店がありましたが、徒歩で出歩いている人はほとんど見かけず、車がないと不便不安に感じました。 食事面に気を使っていましたが、キッチンが部屋にあり、簡単な調理道具、皿等一式ありましたので、長期滞在や 自炊派の方にはお勧めです。（食器洗いスポンジはありませんでしたが。）徒歩圏内にスーパー等がありませんのでレンタカーを借りられるのが現実的だと思います。ビーチとう観光スポットにも車なしでは、移動が不便だと思いました。

Great hotel, very homey!! This was a wonderful hotel! Clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. Kitchen area was awesome...stove, microwave, big fridge, lots of counterspace. I will be staying here again!

Very nice place at a great price Went to FL for the Shuttle launch, and this was the closest hotel we could get at a reasonable price. (We considered Orlando, and were glad we went south instead, because after the launch, the expressway to O was packed, but route 95 was wide open.) The hotel itself was very nice--we've stayed at Extended Stay hotels before, and like the full kitchen set-up we've found in them. Nothing but good things to say about it. 

Unexpected Christmas

Enjoyable What a convience this hotel was. It was christmas time and there was no more room at the in-laws so me and my two year old stayed here for one night. The FULL kitchen handled all of our needs. Our room was very clean and we were very comfortable. I wish our stay could have been a bit longer.
