Melbourne extended stay good location Good hotel for the money. Close to shopping and Airport. No breakfast on weekends which was when we stayed there. No one informed us of this until monday when we were about to check out and I noticed coffee and muffins by desk. Our room was what we expected for the price we paid. The bathroom had dirt in the corners and cobbs webs in the window. But these were minor problems that I'm sure will be corrected. Overall we were very satisfied.

Convenient I found the Hotel very satisfactory and comfortable. It also contained a kitchen which saved going out for breakfast or lunch. If you are going there and are a non smoker request a room on level 1 or 2.

Disappointing Overall this hotel was ''OK'' but honestly just okay. Some cons of this hotel was that the front desk agent never told me that there was no continental breakfast on the weekends. When I checked after hours (10:00pm), I never received a warm welcome or a map to show me the area. I was pointed outside to check my security box which had my name on it (that was strange to me.)I Typed in the last three letters of my last name as instructed and the secret door opens to give me room keys. Nice place to stay. The room was ok. I didn't like having to pay for amenities, such as internet, maid service (not available on weekends). Also not available on weekends was the breakfast. The room was not well sound insulated either, we could hear the people walking around above us, and the people next store talking.

What a great hotel This hotel was more than I asked for. Extremely friendly staff, very clean room, and location was convenient to everything. My friend and I were attending a business convention in Miami beach, so I wanted a hotel that was within a couple hours of Ft. Lauterdale airport where our friends were flying in. Needless to say, I won't have to look for a hotel for next year's convention.

This hotel makes me feel as though I'm actually at home. We have stayed at the Extended Stay Deluxe in Melbourne several times. The prices are incredilby reasonable and the staff is more than helpful. The rooms are spacious with a separate living area and a good sized kitchen. It was a quiet, peaceful place to stay, yet near the airport as well as all the places we wanted to go. We will always stay there when visiting Melbourne.

The good, the bad, and the really ugly We had a non-smoking room on the third floor and stayed 2 nights. It was a great bonus to have a full kitchen with all the dishes. The room was large, not fancy but functional. The free continental breakfast was light but sufficient. The only detractor was that 1/2 of the third floor rooms allow smoking.
