Worst hotel ever. Requested a late check in as flight was not landing until 11pm. Showed up at 11:30 and doors were locked. Nobody waited as promised. Called and they promised a manager would be back in 15 minutes to check me in. At 1 am after several more calls they finally said nobody would be showing up to let me in. Stranded outside for the night. They charged me anyway and it has taken 5 plus calls on hold for very long times to attempt to get a refund. Still haven’t seen it yet. Hair and Smoke The property was not clean. The room was non smoking but it smelled like cigarettes. The room did not have a phone or remote for the television. From the cabinets to the bathroom there was remnants of hair. Hair on the walls and hair on the bathroom faucets. This was possibly the worst stay I have ever had and the description of the room was not accurate at all.

A little long in the tooth. I visited this hotel two years ago for business. I did not stay but saw many rooms. It was in disrepair back then. Not much has changed. The exterior of the building looks fine but interior finishes and fixtures need to be replaced. My room had missing paint and scratches on the furniture. The room looked clean but needs a refresh. Staff at the front counter was slow when checking in.

My stay was fair. It would've been great, but the lady at the front desk shouldn't be allowed to work anything customer service. She was very rude and disrespectful. If had recommended the conversation I know she would've been fired...

I did not stay because your stupid app booked a hotel that was full.

When I arrived the room was dirty, no comforter on bed, dirty bed, sheets not changed, dirty towels on the floor, trash can full of trashy, no fresh soap. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When speaking to staff they did nothing to accommodate or get the room cleaned!!!!!

No Room and yet No Refund The hotel was overbooked, so my room had been given away by the time I arrived. Now I am fighting to get my money back. Don't know why I would have to fight for a refund when it is evident that I never checked-in.

I wouldn't book here again. I had a reservation. Upon arrival, they told me there weren't any rooms available. Hotels.com shows a 3pm to midnight check-in. We arrived at 6pm and the front desk person said they are first come first serve. She said we weren't there by 3pm. With a reservation? None the less, we had to look for a different hotel. On top of that, they charged me for rhe room. I had to call several times to get my a refund
