Nothing the property is very old but its worth the price

I like the location n rooms but what I didn’t like the fact I seen roaches but everything else was pleasing

Well situated older hotel but safe Expectations of this property need to be considered well before arriving. I needed a comfortable bed in this are of town for one night. It met that need.

Memphis DO BETTER I was not all pleased with my stay this time around! I have visited several extended stays but this was the first in Memphis! First off the room barely looked clean. There were dirty face towels in the bathroom. The bedding had stains. There were roaches and when cooking utensils were inquired about the front desk manager stated she had to search and see what was available! NO THANKS! This was a couples trip for my Birthday and I was disappointed! I surely got what was paid for!
