The BEST Hotel Staff and Experience! Absolute Sweetest hotel staff, attentive, helpful, and very very accommodating. Super safe and Comfortable!! Property and Rooms are super spacious, CLEAN, and well taken care of! For the price , it is definitely a steal! 😀 I have absolutely no complaints or anything negative. I have stayed in a lot of hotels lately with trying to transition moving , This is by far the best one!! If you come to Memphis, I HIGHLY recommend this location. We sure do love it here. 😀

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke smell despite their claim of smoke free facility. The staff assured us that the previous guests were charged extra for violating the smoking policy but I don't see how that compensates my family for the smokey room. They unexpectedly required $100 cash deposit up front because we were using a debit card instead of credit. Apparently they attract guests who cannot pay the bill.
