Would not recommend The hotel was not at all like the pictures that was posted. The hall ways smelled as if there had been water damage to the hotel and they could not mask the order. Called down to the front desk and asked where was the Ice reciprocal and the lady said that they did not have one because they have Ice trays in the refrigerator, I looked in the Ice tray and the ice had debris in it, I had to go to the store and buy a bag of ice.

There were knats in the room and it got worst as the night progressed. There weren't any towels in the room, the sheets were torn and worn. They changed our room and there wasn't an ironing board on there. I called to ask for one, and I was told to give them 15 mind to find one and no one ever came or called to give a status.

Good part of town, felt safe Lobby was disgusting and run down. I figured I'd check the room out and give it a try. There the hair and filth everywhere. Hair in the fridge, tub, sink, towels and sheets. On day two, I found a dead cockroach in the corner behind the door. It looked and felt like they had never vacuumed that room. All the doors, walls, cabinets had spills and dead big streaks on them. Also, their "continental breakfast" was black coffee, a packet or oatmeal and an apple. Out of 4 staff, only 1 was nice.

Not the place to have an extended stay The pictures provided on the website were extremely misleading, and my experience was anything but comfortable. The bed mattress was very hard, there was scum in the bathroom shower tiling, and the dishes provided were broken and dirty. The staff was neither knowledgeable nor hospitable. I asked anything be done to fix my issues and I was simply told, "I do not know." I was very displeased with my stay at the extended stay on Poplar Avenue. Don't let the outside fool you! While it looks updated and nice on the outside it is the exact opposite inside! Beds where very uncomfortable and its not that clean. Also breakfast consists of instant oatmeal, some fruit and packaged muffins. At least there was flavored creamer. Overall the place reminded me of staying in a college dorm that is 20 yrs old.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The hotel looks great on the outside. BUT the truth is the place is horrible and nasty on the inside. The hotel smells disgusting in the hallways and in the room itself. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. The pillows had lipstick and dirty stains all over them. There was a filthy and torn piece of sofa in the room with vomit on it

Very disappointing The facility needs a major update-terrible carpeting, no ice machines, inadequate breakfast, no amenities in bathroom. Had to ask for items at front desk. The front desk is closed during the night. Everything is old and outdated. Will never stay at a Extended Stay facility again.
