Too far from where I needed to go. Room was not that clean and sofa bed was not comfortable

Cheap and a tad scary The hotel is fine if you want to crash and dash. The room next to mine played their radio all night and I was able to sing to it. Not great at 3am. Also be prepared to wait for long minutes if you show up after midnight.

What you would expect When we arrived, the hotel informed us that a leak had occurred so they had to split our reservation into two rooms. They didn't charge us anything extra and the front desk staff was very professional and polite about it. Each room had a very hard mattress, and was fairly clean. The bathroom sink in one room could of been cleaned better. Our goal at the hotel was to just sleep as we spent most of the day and night in downtown Memphis, but we didn't get much sleep. Bad experience The room wasn't clean. My wife had to replace the dirty sheets! My wife did not staff. My wife had to clean the bathroom plus toilet! The staff brought my wife a bucket of clorox & water to clean with she had to do it not them! Finally my wife was bitten by bed bugs that was the last straw! Horrible experience i will not use this hotel again!

Save your money The staff was friendly but the hotel was not clean or up to date. I was very disappointed in the price we paid for the hotel. The beds were uncomfortable and weren't really clean. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay was absolutely horrible. When I checked in I was placed in a room that had dirty dishes in the sink, leftover clothes in the closet, and dirty mirrors. I was given a new room by the front desk, however when I walked in the room wreaked of smoke even though I was told it was a smoke free hotel. I approached the front desk again, and was placed in another room that smelled even more strongly of smoke. Swindlers I've seen every type of hotel there is over the years, and I can honestly say this is the worst experience I've ever had. They charged a smoking fee to an employee I oversee who does not smoke and I can vouch for. Would not release any details or information providing such proof. I book hundreds of hotels each year for my employees and this is the first ever to try to pull a swift one like this.
