Don't stay here This hotel is poorly managed. There was not breakfast for two days, the staff was nice but largely incompetent. Plus, the low rate attracts families with noisy kids. The fire alarm went off two times, probably triggered by angry guests. I will not stay here again, even if it were free

Mess Room was very uncomfortable, dirty, towels the size of hand towels and commode sounded like a jet and ran all the time.

Horrible to say the least Be prepared to walk in to a room stinking and reeking of garbage !! We called the front desk and requested a change of room to which they obliged but now the new room has garbage cans filled with trash !! Tried calling them and no one bothered to show up. Shower curtains were missing, overall a totally run down place. Definitely would not recommend this place, even if given a free accomodation.

Do It Yourself Hotel I researched many hotels in and around the Memphis area for my daughter and I to stay as we apartment hunted for her as she is soon-to-be a grad student at UofM. Germantown was a "safe" area and the hotel seemed nice, on the internet. I called down minute one, on my cell phone, as the phone was broke. A new phone was to come up to the room.
