Bad Business The hotel have my room away and left me searching for a place to stay at 12 am.

Clean, but no thrills... Room was comfortable enough, and had small kitchenette, but when we called for dishes to be brought to the room, they never arrived. Staff were friendly, but not efficient. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee, some muffins, apples and granola bars. Free "high speed internet" was abissmal. You need to pay for anything more than reading emails (even that was slow!)

Good location, but we have never stayed at a hotel where there was no ice machine!

Stay at your own risk Awful the front desk woman kept my 100 dollar deposit because she believed there was smoking in the room. They will steal your money if they see the opportunity

Not So Much Of An Extended Stay Would have liked to have known about the "complete" renovation of the entire 1st floor before booking. Expedia, you owe me an apology and probaly some sort of refund. This is not the first time Expedia has sold me sort on expectations. The beds were so hard that my wife insited that we cut our "extended stay" short one day, so she could sleep in her own bed. Breakfast include? Are you kidding me? Grab and go is not a "breakfast" in any category, not even close t continental. Don't call it brea... read more

Bussiness The stay was not good at all, the room was not clean and also we changed to different room, due to the bugs problem!!!! it was just terrible with the cleaning control in this one....

Stay somewhere else The room was dirty and drab, the bed was hard, no ice bucket/ machine you have to make your own ice. The Hotel has signs up saying it is under renovation. They really need to shut it until the renovations are complete. And I guess for a long stay extended it would be fine and the benefit of the kitchen it would be worthwhile. For a two night stay it wasn't a good choice. For the price we should have stayed at La Quinta, Hampton inn or days inn. The clerk was nice.

Ok good location Was not happy with my stay. Have a reservation that was booked and paid for 3rooms double beds didn't have but 1 room that was a double room had to settle for 2 other room with one bed and sofa bed the young lady at the front t desk. Was very sorry for the inconvenience and to do what she good Overall experience was not good
