Double check The hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Usually, my stay is always pleasant but this time not so true. My first stay at the hotel there were no face towels. My thoughts were it was an oversight. Well, on this visit, GUESS WHAT....Same issue, no face towels or remote. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with those items but who wants to constantly ask for things that should already be present. Never again Bathroom was not too dirty, kitchen was filthy, bed uncomfortable, breakfast was non existent. The one staff we saw our entire stay was nice.

I won't be back Arrived at the hotel at 7 pm to find out my room was not ready. We had to down size rooms because they only had one person working the desk and trying to clean rooms. The breakfast was not existent said continental breakfast in the description no such luck.

A Little Disappointed I'm a photographer. I need to upload pictures. WiFi was down for the 3 days I was there. I was on the phone with tech support that was overseas. Still didn't get it up. I had to use my hotspot.

Wifi didn't work, waited at the front desk for a h Waited at the front desk for an hr before someone came to check me in. I called for 3 hrs trying to get assistance with Wifi and the number was busy but when I go downstairs there's no one down there.

Not pleased the least bit... Was placed in a room that had a real bad plumbing issues under the sink. Was moved to room across the hall which was a little better. I was not overall pleased with this particular location as the guest service was awful. The clerks seemed to be understaffed as if every guest had some sort of need or problem with their rooms.
