The people was friendly but tub has something in it I didn’t like I had to go get my towels form front desk

The TV never worked even after they sent a repair person to come check it out. He did just that...looked at it and left the room, still with no TV working

The front desk was friendly and helped where they could. BUT the unit which was rented to us was overdue for a total rehab. There were no amenities such as paper towels, Kleenex or even cups/coffee maker/utensils. The staff let us know they had it deep cleaned but the previous people damaged it and it was waiting to rehab.

I called the hotel to advise I was in town for a family funeral, and asked if I could check in a little later than 3pm. When I arrived, Michael remembered the phone call, and extended condolences, to me. He was very polite, and professional. The lobby was very clean, and my room was very clean. While it was a sad time, my visit to Extended Stay Memphis/Germantown, was awesome. I hope that you will forward this to the hotel management.
