This location made my stay enjoyable, pleasant and quiet. The staff was amazing answered all of my questions and cleanliness of the hotel.

Every member of the staff was welcoming and upbeat. Check in and check out was pleasant and efficient. We asked for extra pillows and they were produced immediately with a smile. Marlon was kind and professional. i'd like the rooms to be cleaner with more attention to detail.

We found trash under the bed, and the room and the bedding had an odor that was none too fresh. I know it was the middle of Memphis summer, but the A/C was struggling and we were on the warm side of comfortable during our stay. Television stations were limited, too.

Nice and roomy, just what we needed. Only downside is "Continental Breakfast" refers to oatmeal or grits in a package, and coffee.

Nice but too long to wait I hesitate to give the high ratings I have given. This was a decent hotel, and I particularly appreciated that wonderful service from the young man I encountered at the end of my stay; however, the experience at the beginning started me off on the wrong foot, so to speak. I stood and waited at least 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. This was during regular hours, not in the middle of the night.
