We found trash under the bed, and the room and the bedding had an odor that was none too fresh. I know it was the middle of Memphis summer, but the A/C was struggling and we were on the warm side of comfortable during our stay. Television stations were limited, too.

Nice and roomy, just what we needed. Only downside is "Continental Breakfast" refers to oatmeal or grits in a package, and coffee.

Nice but too long to wait I hesitate to give the high ratings I have given. This was a decent hotel, and I particularly appreciated that wonderful service from the young man I encountered at the end of my stay; however, the experience at the beginning started me off on the wrong foot, so to speak. I stood and waited at least 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. This was during regular hours, not in the middle of the night. Disappointed this trip This is where we typically stay and usually love it. However, the last 2 times we have stayed there have been disappointing. We left for a concert and returned to a lobby that reeked of weed; so much so, that you could smell it in our room that was on the first floor, down another hallway.
