Great location, pleasant staff. Grab and go could be a bit more appealing. Also, coffee should be out and available most of the day....not stop at 10am.

Room that was initially given was not prepared for stay. Mattresses were leaning up against wall. We almost fell over bed rails trying to get to phone to call front desk.

Memphis has shiny fire trucks The young lady at the desk was very outgoing and friendly. She was very efficient. The room she sent us to smelled of tobacco use, so she found another room and checked it before sending us there. A number of other guests on that floor were pretty loud and the exterior doors could be heard when they slammed shut.
