It's Okay The hotel was quite sufficient -- large room and availability of any item I needed. My major complaint is that it was nothing special and one of the guests (apparently a worker on a really extended stay) seemed to think it was okay for him to blast his radio from his work van from 6:30 to 10:45 every night.

Helpful front desk staff! Good hotel. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Clean linens. The bathroom and kitchen area are dated, but we'll kept. The service I experienced was top notch! There was an error with what Hotels.com sent the facility, and the desk attendant, Malik, was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting it resolved. And even though it was not an error of the hotel, and they had already gone above and beyond, they upgraded me to a king size bed at no charge. I will stay here again, simply because of the service.

Highly recommend Love this place. The people are always friendly and helpful. The location is great for us and we always have a cozy bed to come "home" to after an outing.

MY STAY WAS WONDERFUL. BUT MY CHECK IN WENT WRONG, I BOOKED A SUITE AND THEY GAVE ME A REG. ROOM. BUT THEY ALSO GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THE YOUNG MAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL.
