The location is great. Appearance outdoors from road was satisfactory, my room was clean but my microwave didn’t work properly. For the price I couldn’t have done better

I come often and like the area and parking. Some updates on the appliances would be nice and a little more of air sanitation smelled funny in my room

1. Floor in kitchen and bathroom area was sticky. I requested that it be cleaned. It was promptly cleaned. 2. Leather chair in room worn with small splits in the leather. Kitchen counter had permanent stains or previous burn mark on it. The room and fixtures could use a face lift.
There was an unusual smell about it noticeable when entering the room. Possible from people making food of different types in their rooms. The beds and bathtub were clean but the bathroom counter and walls had a few streaks of something on them. Should have been wiped down. The area of town was nice enough and convenient to what I was there for and was a better price than other options available. I wouldn't be opposed to staying again but definitely some things could have been a little better.

Carpet was very dirty, felt damp too. Light fixture did not work over sink, and exhaust fan in bathroom did not work.
