Always Friendly service I stay here ALOT because of my work location in Memphis. They always greet with a smile and making sure that my stay is most comfortable! The staff is great!! Even though here lately I've been informed that they are short staffed but I would never have known. Keep up the good work! And very special attention to Daniel the clerk...he always makes check-in a breeze and has wonderful customer service skills

Pretty good stay The overall stay was pretty good. The ataff was a bit much upon check in. Apparently they had been overbooked earlier, and when I arrived, they were not sure if they had a clean room. They did have a room. Although, I was informed that if I had arrived at check in, there would have been a very long wait because no rooms were ready.

Excellent accomodation for the price. This is a pleasant hotel in pleasant surroundings, close to a Walgreens and a Kroger's market. The front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. They supplied me with kitchen equipment immediately, and directed me to the Kroger's, one of the best I've ever been in. However, I came to this location from the earlier location I had booked - same hotel chain "Extended Stay America - Memphis" on America Way, about 4 miles away.
