This was a great hotel to stay at while working down in Memphis, TN. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. 4 and 1/2 weeks at this hotel and it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel overbooked This hotel was just fine. Hot breakfast would have been nice but it was clean, comfortable and safe so can’t complain about the hotel. BUT, we were originally booked at another hotel in same town and after a 5 hour drive and as we drove into town, I received a disturbing phone call from the hotel. I was advised that they had accidentally over booked and I no longer had a room at their hotel! I couldn’t believe it. I thought it was a joke at first. I asked him to find me another hotel ASAP. Overall the cosmetics of the property were decent. Upon entering the room, it did smell musty and I killed a small roach in the bathroom (GROSS). The second night there was a HUGE roach in the elevator...like the super huge kind you're afraid to step on (GAG) Room Service did not clean the entire weekend I was here and I had to call front desk to ask for toilet paper. Even though cosmetics of the property were decent, my family will not stay here again.
