Location, location, location Great place for extended stay in east Memphis. Well kept, clean, quiet most of the time.
good location, nice people they needed hair dryers in the bathrooms.
Great Value, bad staff The person at the front desk when I checked out at 9am on Thursday, 9/3/09 had to be the worst I have ever encountered... I stay at least 36 nights a year in hotels, so for me to say that, it has to be bad.
I would recommend to a friend... I have to say that although the amenities are minimal, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was great. Answered any questions I had and were always friendly. I could not ask for a safer and more accessible location. A short ride to any major attraction. Great area restaurants as well. Must try Osaka Restaurant for some great Japanese food. I would definitely stay here again if ever I make it back this way.
Nice hotel with good location I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was very accommodating, due to having to change rooms because of a loud refrigerator in my original room, and was overall friendly. This hotel is located in a nice and safe part of Memphis, off Poplar Ave, which has numerous stores and restaurants, and about a 20 minute drive (non-highway) and 10 minute drive (highway) to downtown Memphis.
Good location, good price Title says it all
Fair hotel for the price. The hotel provided what we needed for a short overnight stay, and that's about it. The bed was not very comfortable, the room lacked towels, etc. The kitchenette was pretty bare bones, and a few of the outlets did not work, so we had to brew coffee on our nightstand. The location was ok, quiet and nearby shopping and coffee. It is what is expected for under $**.** a night, definitely nothing more.
IT WAS NOT AS PICTURED. THIS WAS SO DIRTY. I HAD TO CLEAN THE ROOM BEFORE AND I WAS GLAD I DID! HAD TO REPLACE MY RAGS AT THE DESK.

Chambre pas propre du tout, sol qui col marqué au sol les lit etait confortable et draps propres mais le reste c’était pas correct et le petit déjeuner inexistant
