The staff was rude
The TV didn't work and they could do a little more than cleaning the room every other week
There is no breakfast. It's just bad coffee. And check under the bed for trash.
The hotel had talked with me about my reservation earlier that day but since we didn't arrive until after midnight, they cancelled my room and charged my card. I was so irate and confused and No refund.
Rip Off - no room by Extended Stay Water damage to rooms left me without a place to stay. That can happen. The problem is that my pre-paid reservation has still not been refunded. I took a photo of the computer screen at the front desk showing they had cancelled my room. I sent this to a Hotels.com supervisor via their Chat feature. We got there late at night around12:30AM after a long and stormy drive. We went into the lobby to check in where there was no clerk. There was no bell or any obvious way to get their attention. My husband clapped his hands loudly to get someone’s attention, the clerk came out and yelled at him saying, “There are people living here you need to be quiet.” Once we got to our room, the bathroom knob was broken and came off in our hand. I don't understand the high rating on this property. If you are a couple or a family I would NOT recommend this hotel. The majority of the patrons are construction workers and truck drivers. The parking lot is full of work vehicles and trucks with trailers. My wife and I checked in around 10:30 PM and there were several men "loitering" in the parking lot. I called and called tried to cancel to do other dates now I am stuck paying $710 for a room I did not stay in

Not much sleep…… Around midnight there were people in the hallway smoking dope and smell came into my room. I turned on the bathroom fan but it only made it worse. Not a good night.
